 Coldplay are back and have confirmed a highly anticipated concert date at The O2, Dublin on Sunday 21 December 2008. Coldplay, the band that conquered the globe with songs that need no introduction, are the first act to be announced for The O2 this year with tickets going on sale this Friday 25 July at 9am.Coldplay's latest album, Viva La Vida Or Death and All His Friends, currently number one in Ireland for the last 5 weeks, has now topped the charts in 36 countries including, the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland, Italy, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland and New Zealand.
